The supply and delivery of firearms, ammunition or components thereof are subject to the production of a valid, current firearms licensing certificate.

Entering into a sales or storage contract with Gunshop.ie expressly implies acceptance of our terms and conditions, which may be varied from time to time at the discretion of Gunshop.ie, any such changes will be notified to the client in advance of implementation by post or by email to the address supplied by the customer.
3. Gunshop.ie expressly reserve the right to withdraw from, or to cancel any sales order without explanation and in so doing will issue a refund equal to the value of the deposit paid, or the original purchase price of the article(s) in question, whichever is the lesser.

5. Firearm sales are made subject to the production of a valid, current firearms licencing certificate for the firearm in question. In instances where the certificate is not granted within four calendar months from the date of sale, Gunshop.ie reserve the right to release the stock in question for resale, should the license be granted thereafter an alternate serial number will be supplied to the customer for identical merchandise, subject to stock availability, Gunshop.ie accepts no liability for the availability of replacement stock howsoever caused.

In the event that the licence is not granted within 6 calendar months from the original date of sale of the firearm Gunshop.ie reserve the right to cancel the order completely and in so doing will issue a refund of deposits held less a deduction equal to 15% of the purchase price of the firearm to cover administration and stocking charges. In Instances where firearms are ordered in specifically for clients and a license is subsequently refused by the licensing authority Gunshop.ie will endeavour to sell the firearm on behalf of the client and a refund will be made to the customer upon sale of the firearm less commission and associated costs encurred by Gunshop.ie
7. Deposits paid in respect of firearm sales will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee from the time that a serial number is issued to the customer, to cover administration and stocking costs.
8. All Web based sales are subject to acceptance by Gunshop.ie and current Irish and European regulations regarding the sales and traceability of firearms, munitions and component parts thereof.

In situations where export is required these sales are subject to the granting of export permits from Ireland and Import permits were required to other jurisdictions and it shall be the customers responsibility to arrange and furnish such permits or exemptions, as may be required to facilitate the legal importation of such goods into the destination jurisdiction. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Gunshop.ie at its sole discretion may return for repair to the manufacturer or replace the item in question, subject to licensing restrictions where the fault relates to firearms or their component parts.
11. Returns or repairs will be accepted subject to proof of purchase.
12. Products being returned for refund or credit must be of merchantable quality and complete with all original packaging, in instances where the packaging is incomplete or the goods are damaged Gunshop.ie reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.
13. No goods will be accepted for return or credit after a period of 30 days from the original date of sale.
14. Firearms being returned for repair will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion and their decision is final in all matters.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of the original sale date for a full store credit or refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. After 14 days, only a store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased - unused, unmarked, unadulterated, and unmounted. It must also be accompanied by all its parts, accessories, and original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the item does not meet these criteria.
All expenses associated with the return, including shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our cost of shipping from the refund.
For a fast and accurate processing of your return, please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt and provide a reason for the return. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase.
Please note that special orders, such as custom parts or accessories, are not returnable. Additionally, all sales of clearance and discontinued items are final. Labor charges are nonrefundable.
If you believe your item to be defective, please send it back for evaluation. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt and provide a reason for the return. Gunshop.ie reserves the right to repair or replace, at our discretion, items found to be defective. Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or modification will be repaired, with regular labor rates applying.
